HENRY A. WALLACE
Henry A. Wallace, 77, 900 Donner Way (2985 East), died of a stroke August 21, 1972, in a Salt Lake City hospital.
Born Feb. 22, 1898, in Salt Lake City, to William R. and Annie M. Wallace, he married Dorothy Robinson in Salt Lake City in 1942. He was a graduate of the University of Utah and received a master's in business administration at Harvard Graduate School of Business. He was vice president in charge of sales of the Utah Oil Refining Co. until he retired in 1950.
He was a member of the Alta Club and past president of the University Club. He was a well-known sportsman, a member for many years of the Utah State Gun Club and the Flatrock Club in Idaho. He was a member for over 50 years of the First Presbyterian Church of Salt Lake City.
Survivors include his widow; son and daughter, Dr. William of Ontario, Canada; Mrs. Rosemary Gutwillia, New York City; four grandchildren; brothers, John M., Alexander C., both of Salt Lake City; and William R. of San Francisco.
Graveside services will be held in Mt. Olivet Cemetery 11 a.m. Wednesday.
