A Muncie resident for 48 years before moving to Indianapolis 12 years ago, he had been employed as a construction worker most of his life and served with the Army for five years during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Sharp Morrow, Indianapolis; a daughter, Mrs. Norman (Stacia) Curtis, Muncie; a son, Larry Wetson, Springfield, Ill.; two brothers, Newel Morrow, San Jose, Calif., and Cecil Morrow, Jr., Muncie; two sisters, Mrs. Melvin (Jacklyn Sue) Greer, Muncie, and Mrs. Fred (Peggy) Parr, California; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
