Dr. H.L. Wilson, 60 years of age, was found dead in the Montgomery Hotel at Mount Sterling, Thursday morning, at 11:00 a.m. He had gone to Mount Sterling Wednesday afternoon to attend to some business affairs, he called Mrs. Wilson Wednesday evening saying that he did not feel well and would spend the night at the hotel and return to Morehead Thursday morning. When he did not arrive Thursday morning, Mrs. Wilson called the hotel inquiring about him. The hotel authorities broke into his room and found him dead.

Dr. Wilson was a life-long resident of Rowan County, having practiced dentistry in Morehead for more than 35 years. He was a very active member of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. E.D. Blair of Morehead; three sisters, Mrs. Cora Wilson Stewart of Tyron, N.C.; Mrs. Boone McGlone and Mrs. J. B. Peers of Pine Bluff, Ark.; four brothers, Dr. B.C. Wilson of Clarkson, Ky.; Glenmore Wilson of Garland, Tex.; Allie Wilson of Grayson, and Marvin Wilson of Morehead.
