Burial is under the direction of Comer Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lentz was born Oct. 16, 1918 [sic Oct. 6, 1919], in Chauteau [sic Chouteau], Okla., daughter of Isaac and Rhoda Black Cowan.
She was a homemaker and a member of the West Monroe Baptist Church in West Monroe.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Willie A. Spruill.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Lentz of Mabank; one son, Wayne Spruill and his wife, Vicki, both of Mabank; one stepson, Billy Earl Lentz of Owensburg, S.C.; one stepdaughter, Pat Davis and her husband, Hap, both of Ocean Springs, Miss.; one sister, Maedy C. Spruill of St. Joseph; and one granddaughter, Alison LeAnn Spruill of Austin, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Chris Matthews, Scott McGougan, Cole Long, Keith Long, Hap Davis and Bobby Cowan.
