Noah's parerts were Jacob "Jake" Aleshire and Matilda Jane King. Noah Married Malinda Boyce on 6 August 1846 and they had 10 children. At Noah's death he had been married 64 years. Noah had six other siblings. Noah Aleshire passed away at his home in Bruce on April 1, 1911, due to the infirmities of age. He left an aged wife, seven children, and a brother, Newell. His obituary states that he passed away on Saturday at his home in the township of Bruce. Mr. Aleshire had been in very poor health for the past four of five years and of late, the end was expected at any time. Succeeding generations owe much and can never fully repay the debt they owe to those who blazed the way and made it easier to live in comfort and enjoy the blessings of him. Noah Aleshire has gone but his memory lives. Our county, prosperous, well-developing and growing, will always be a monument to Noah Aleshire as well as to those others who labored in the same Vineyard.
