He was employed at the Erie Veterans Affairs Medical Center for 43 years as a supervisor in the X-ray department. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a life member of the Polish Falcons Nest 123, and National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Carl, John and Bernard Dombrowski; and two sisters, Virginia Dombrowski and Irene Malue.
Survivors include his wife, [Mary] Eileen O'Hara Dombrowski of Erie; two sons, Michael Dombrowski and his wife Monica, of Milwaukee, Wis., and Neil Dombrowksi and his wife Lynn, of Philadelphia; a daughter, Mary Jean Cromartie and her husband, James, of Monaca; two sisters, Estelle Dombrowski and Louise McLaughlin, both of Erie; a brother, Edwin Dombrowski of Erie; and six grandchildren.
Entombment will be in Mary Queen of Peace Mausoleum.
