John Casey served as a Private in the Revolutionary War, after first enlisting at the age of 14 as a Drummer Boy.

1st Marr: cira 1786
to Sarah (maiden name believed to be Tillson)
3 Ch: Edward, Joshua, Benjamin

2nd Marr: July 24, 1803 Cornwall, Addison Co, VT to Abigail Delano
7 Ch: Olive (b. 18 Mar 1804), Ichabod (b. 18 Jul 1805), Dan (b.20 March 1807), Hannah (b. 03 Feb 1809), Mary "Polly" (b. 21 Aug 1811), Deborah (born circa 1815 - died in childhood) and Jotham Godfrey (b. 13 Jan 1820).

I have the Casey family Bible (purchased by Jotham G. Casey in 1835) in my possession.
