Evelyn Louise Presnal, 88, of Bowdon, died Monday, Jan. 17, 2011.
Mrs. Presnal was born on Nov. 21, 1922, in Carroll County, Georgia to the late Miley and Martha King Lee. She retired from Bremen-Bowdon Investment Company where she worked as a seamstress. She was also a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Merlin Lee; her sisters, Clarice Thompson and Christine Roberts; and a grandson, Jeffrey Lee Grimmett.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Presnal; her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronny and Becky Presnal, Frank Presnal, and Ricky and Angie Presnal; her daughters and son-in-law, Elaine Presnal and Pam and Dennis Gable; and 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church. Rev. Donald Voyle, Rev. Tony McManus, and Rev. Myles Brown will officiate.
Stacy Presnal, Brian Gable, Chris Gable, Roby Barrow, Mark Richardson, Tim Robinson, Thomas McGuire, Kyle Presnal, Marcus McManus, and Justin Presnal will serve as pallbearers. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
