Mary's parents were Virgil Henry Capron and Nancy Dunham Capron of Atttleboro, MA. The Dunham's are a direct line descending from Edward III.
Mary's siblings were: Horatia Nelson, Melissa Nancy, Francena Adalaide, Virgil Henry, Jr., Virgil Henry 3rd, Rueben Edson and Selina Huntington.
Mary was the first wife of 1st Lieut. Charles B. DesJardins, from Montreal, Canada. They married in Attleboro on June 11, 1861. Their daughter, Mary Ada DesJardins Williams is my g-grandmother. Their other children were: Katherine Valerie, Bertha Horatia, Charles (who was born and died on the same day in 1880) and Charles Leon.
Mary died from an ulcer of the stomach at the age of 39.
