Elizabeth "Pauline" Jewell Swann, 85, of Walmsley, died July 20, 2001. She was the widow of Joshua Swann, a member of Coan Baptist Church and retired Post Mistress for the Walmsley Post Office. Surviving are a daughter, Norma Deane Anderson and husband, Robert of Centreville; two sons, Irving Wayne Swann and wife Carol of Hughesville, MD, and Charles Marvin Swann of Heathsville. seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five brothers, L. M. Jewell, Jimmy Jewell and Berkley Jewell all of Lottsburg, Richard Jewell of Raleigh NC, and Bobby Jewell of Mechanicsville; four sisters, Alease Murphy of Falls Church, Annette Nnewman of Lottsburg, Eldine Mould of Mechanicsville and Maxine Beatley of Wicomico Church.
