Mr. Culwell died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2006 at the age of 58. He was born June 1, 1948 in Pryor to Berry Armstrong and Betty Jean (Farrow) Culwell. He was a retired carpenter and was a member of the Mt. View Baptist Church in Muskogee. He was preceded in death by: his parents; and one brother, Wallace Berry Calwell. Bill is survived by: his wife, Margie Culwell of the home; two daughters, Shelly Culwell Roy of Wagoner and Debra Culwell of Muskogee; one grandchild, Ashlan Roy of Muskogee; mother Betty Jean Granger of Wagoner; brother Jimmy Granger of Wagoner; sisters Carolyn Sue Vance of Wagoner, Zella Mae Appleton of Wagoner, JoAnn Dean and husband Rick of Frederick, Essie Mae Eiffert and husband Jerry of Washington, Brenda Louise Welch and husband Wesley of Wagoner, and Sharon Linda Moore and husband Larry of Wagoner; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Services was scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006 in the Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner with the Rev. Carl Murphy officiating. Arrangements and services were under the direction of Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home, Wagoner.
