Louise was baptized at the Hanover Presbyterian Church near Glenvil, Nebraska. She attended school until the 8th grade, then helped with the family farming. She married Louis Stromer on March 3, 1948. She worked at Mod ‘O Day and retired from Westland Modular Homes. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, rural Glenvil, Quilt Auxiliary, Glenvil American Legion Auxiliary and volunteered at Grand Island Veterans Home.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, son, Steven Stromer, grandson, Samuel Stromer, sisters, Gertie Eastergard, Bertha Kort, Darlene Stromer and brother, Alvin Buhr.
