He was born Feb. 10, 1914 to William and Mary Neumann. He had a twin brother, Erwin, who died in 1970.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs Edward (Viola) Schmidt, Minneapolis; two brothers, Arnold and Werner, both of Fergus Falls.
