Hezechish died May 15, 1929 age 76, at the Benton County home (Iowa)....where he had lived for two years of cardiac embolism. And was buried Morrison cemetery Toddville, Linn Co., Iowa. He was divorced. No info on death certificate on who he was married to, his parents or his birthplace. All their records show spelling as "ish" instead of "iah" on the end of his name.
(Lesley writes: Married to Louesa H. Rath Byse in the 1800's, and Lola Webb 9 Jan 1921, parents are Stephen K. Byse and Loretta Rose Sleight (or Schlecht).
Note: Someone attached a photo of a headstone (plain, with just a passage, no names but "FATHER" written on top) but it is not belonging to Hezekiah. I matched up the broken bottom of the stone to the base belonging to Stephen Krumm Eden Byse who is Hezekiah's father.
