Frank Phillips, 49, of 28 W. 51st St., died Saturday afternoon at
Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Freeman Phillips, his Mother
Mrs. G. W. Phillips, Statesboro; two daughters Mrs. Delph L. Thorn, Savannah
and Miss Annette Phillips, Savannah; four sons, Doy Phillips, Atlanta and
Willard, Carroll and Clark Phillips, all of Savannah; three sisters Mrs.
Alice Rogers and Mrs. Lloyd Hodges, both of Statesboro and Mrs. W. B. Redd
of Savannah; two brothers Lehmon Phillips and Claude Phillips of Statesboro.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Henderson Brothers
Chapel with the Rev. Charles F. McCall pastor of Burkhalter Baptist Church
officiating.

Further services will be held at 3 p.m. at the Goloid Baptist Church
near Sylvania. Burial will be in the church cemetery there.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Phillips, Earl Phillips, J. C. Burke,
Rayburn Hagan, Wendell Hagan and Billy Freeman.
