Herbert was a son of Heman Herman Judd and Ida Bell Willard. He died unmarried. He was a veteran of World War 11, and was a retired pipe and sewer construction employee. Survivors include 2 sisters, Mrs. Georgia Bolien and Mrs. Edna Morgan. and a half brother, John Fowler.

"Herbert Judd, 70, of O'kean, AR died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1993, at Randolph County Medical Center. A veteran of World War ll, he was a retired pipe and sewer construction company employee. He lived in Des Plaines, IL. for many years before moving back to O'Kean. He is survived by two sisters, Edna Morgan of Des Plaines, IL, and Georgia Mae Bolien of Rt. 1, Pocahontas, AR; a half-brother, John Fowler of Jonesboro, AR; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held today (Thurs) at 11a.m. at Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge, AR, with Rev. Bill Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Duty Cemetery in Randolph Co."
