Ida Bell Fowler, 64, of O'kean, died Monday in Walnut Ridge Medical Center. She was a daughter of John George Willard and Nancy Ann Mahalia Hamilton. She married (1) Herman Judd, 6 Jul 1911, he died 1929 and she married (2) Joseph Franklin "Frank" Fowler, ca 1930. He died 1956. She was preceded in death by both her husbands, and an infant daughter Alma Judd. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Mae (Alvin) Bolien of Walnut Ridge, and Mrs. Edna (Charles) Morgan of Pocahontas; four sons, Vernie Judd, Melvin Judd, Herbert Judd, of O'kean and John Joe Fowler of Rt. 1, Pocahontas; three sisters, Mrs Mae Speck of Park Hill, OK, Mrs. Maude Boes of Ponely, MO. and Mrs. Matilda Blassick of Chicago, IL. 22 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
