He is survived by wife Madeline; sons Paul, Anthony "Casey," Michael and Matthew; daughters Bernadette Chamizo and Kathleen and Swain; brother James Souza; sisters Cecelia Silva, Germaine Bento and Madeline "Mickey" Purgelli; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.

Mass: 12:15 p.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Church. Call after 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
