Mrs. Elizabeth Mae Eckman Bender, seventy-five, wife of Christian R. Bender, Lancaster R2, Manor Twp., died today at 2:30 a.m. at her home after an illness of seven months. Born in Bart Twp., a daughter of the late George and Susan Pickel Eckman, she resided in Manor Twp. 37 years and was a member of the Mountville Mennonite Church and Sunday School. Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Susan, wife of Lloyd Sauder, Washington Boro R1; two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a sister, Esther, wife of Milton M.
