Joseph E. Graham, 79, died at 7 a.m. today at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Mary Walker of McCullough, after an illness of the last week of influenza.
Mr. Graham was born March 31, 1863, in Scioto County and was a son of Joseph and Louisa Crabtree Graham. He married Ida May Murray and she preceded him in death on June 5, 1938.
Beside the daughter at whose home he died, he is survived by these other children: Mrs. Martha Glaze, Mrs. Winnie Essex [Essig] of Dayton, Mrs. Elsie Anderson of California, Herbert Graham of Xenia, Joseph Graham of Arkansas and Harold Graham of Wiggins, Miss.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at McCullough Latter-Day Saints church, with Elder William Altman in charge. Burial will be in Mt. Summit [Crabtree] Cemetery near Sedan, under the direction of Tracy. The body is at the funeral home.
