Joseph C. Graham, 77, died at his home Wednesday afternoon. He had been in poor health for seven years. Born October 9, 1889 at Scioto County, Ohio, he came to Hutchinson at the age of 14, left, and returned 21 years ago. He was manager of the Vernon Apartments. He served in the Marines for six years in Cuba and Mexico from 1907-1913.
Survivors: The widow, Beulah [Bessie], of the home; daughters, Mrs. Vernon Jenkins, (Hutchinson) Mrs. Jessie Walter, Burlington, NC; sisters, Mrs. Martha Glaze, Ottawa, Ohio; Mrs. Elsie Anderson, San Francisco, Calif.; brothers, Harold, Hattiesburg, Miss.; Herbert, Xenia, Ohio; Ivan, North Dakota; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
