Lillie Anderson, 92, resident of Broen Memorial Home, died Thursday, Dec. 5, at the home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Broen Memorial Home. The Revs. Bruce Nelson, David Banfield and Knute Heggestad will officiate, and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens.
Ond of nine children of Lars and Anna (Moen) Thoreson, she was born Jan. 8, 1893, in Abercrombie, N.D., where she also grew up and attended rural school.
On March 21,1933, she and Aaron Anderson were married in Abercrombie. They farmed near Abercrombie and Erhard before moving to Fergus Falls in the late 1940s.
She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Aaron, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be all day Monday until 9 p.m. at Glende-Johnson-Nelson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls and resume at the nursing home one hour prior to services Tuesday.
