Henry accumulated quite a bit of land in Sudbury and was active in the town government. In 1700, Henry and others whose land was in Sudbury, but far from the town center, petitioned to have their land included in the new town of Framingham. Henry and Elizabeth were among the founding members of the first church of Framingham, formed in October, 1701. Elizabeth died in Framingham on August 23, 1705.
