Elizabeth was born 1525/1626. Her mother must have died before 1633 since her father remarried that year to Elizabeth Rice, daughter of Henry Rice and Elizabeth Frost, step-daughter of Philemon Whale, and niece of Edmund Rice.
Elizabeth married Henry Rice, son of Edmund and Thomasine Frost Rice in Sudbury on January 1, 1643-4. Henry and Elizabeth had ten children in Sudbury between 1646 and 1670.

In 1700, Henry and others whose land was in Sudbury, but far from the town center, petitioned to have their land included in the new town of Framingham. Henry and Elizabeth were among the founding members of the first church of Framingham, formed in October, 1701. Elizabeth died in Framingham on August 23, 1705. Henry lived for five more years as a widower
