James Arthur (Jim) Masingale passed away at his home in Hot Springs, SD on Dec 22, 2010
James was born November 28th, 1953 to James L (Bud) Masingale and Mary A Brown Masingale. He spent his early years in the Salida, CO area.
He was in The Marine Corp for 6 Years from 1972 to 1978 Returning to the Salida Area after his years in the service.
His biggest passion was fishing , he also enjoyed leather and bead working and after many years in the Salida area,where he was active in improving the wildlife and fishing in the surrounding area he moved to Hot Springs, SD.
Survivors include his daughter, Heather Farmstead (Dan), 3 grandchildren, Kristen, Cody and Summer. Two sisters, Mrs. Linda Snodgrass (Roy) , Mrs. Nancy Purcell (Richard), 5 Nephews and Nieces, Pat Sneddon, Mike Sneddon, Lee Purcell, Julie Lieker and Robin Purcell, and several cousins.
