Stockwell - Lloyd B. McIntrye, 57, of Stockwell, died in the Caylor-Nickel Clinic at Bluffton at 5 a.m. Monday after a seven week hospitalization. He had been in bailing health 15 years. Born just west of Stockwell, he was a life resident of the area and was employed for 12 years as a salesman in Rapp's store in Mar Jean Village, Lafayette. Mr. McIntyre was wounded in action in France in World War 11. He was married to Lillian Lawler in 1935 and was a member of the Methodist Church here. He was a past master of Anchor Lodge 693, F&AM, and a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Combat Veterans and Disable American Veterans. Surviving with the widow are a son, Richard of Lafayette; a daughter, Becky, at home; his mother Mrs Clara McIntyre of Stockwell; four brothers, Claude and Floyd of Lafayette, Leslie of Dayton and Marvin of Frankfort, and two sisters, Mrs Leonard Miller of Lafayette and Mrs Earl Bond of Park Forest, Illinois.
