Florence l McIntyre Miller, 85, of Lafayette, died August 7 at Regency Place, where she had resided the past 22 months. She was born August 3, 1916, in Clinton County, and graduated from Stockwell High School. She has been a lifelong resident of the Lafayette area. She married John L Miller on oct 24, 1935, in Lafayette. He survives. Mrs Miller was a homemaker. She was a member of Stockwell United Methodist Church and a former member of the Conroe E U B Church. Along with her husband, she is survived by tow sons, Merle Miller and his wife Bonnie and Larry Miller and his wife Linda, all of Lafayette; two daughters, Kathy Smith and her husband Dave of Howell, Michigan and Karen Mellady and her husband Tom of Lafayette; one brother; Floyd McIntyre and his wife Barbara of Lafayette; one sister, Alice Ferarre and her husband Louis of Sarasota, Florida; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers. Soller-Baker Funeral Home handled arrangements with burial at Concord Cemetery.
