Julia and Joseph have the following children: Mary Hannah, Esther, Henry Pierce, Sarah Jane, Joseph William, Richard Charles, Frank A (probably Alexander), Jessie H, and Elizabeth G. They have three additional children who die for a total of 11 children.
After the death of Joseph's father, Joseph and Julie together with their older children move to Biddeford, York County, Maine. Joseph comes first and is followed by his mother, Julia, and the remainder of the family.
Joseph dies in 1911. Julia continues on living out her life in Biddeford. She dies at 92 years of age at the home of her son Frank on Guinea Road. In her obituary, Julia is noted as one of the oldest residents of Biddeford.
Julia funeral was at the Christ Episcopal church with the Rev. Mark M. McCullogh, rector, officiated.
Burial was in the family lot in Woodlawn cemetery after prayers were offered at the grave by Rev. Father McCullough.
The bearers were Odell Rich, John Chasse, Homer Garcia, Roy Duross, Gordon Eastman, Francis Marcotte.
