Dennis Allen "Bussy" York, 54 of Robinson, IL, died at 2:03 p.m. Sunday, November 21, 2004 at Crawford Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart condition.
He was born June 29, 1950 in Harrisburg, IL, the son of Allen "Buster" York and Ellen Sullivan York.
He was a construction worker and a member of the Laborer's Local #1280. He was a member of the Moose Club, Palestine Eagles Lodge, Flat Rock American Legion Post #132, and the Gordon Gun Club.
Dennis married Linda Nash on September 10, 1966 and she survives. He is also survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Linda York, Robinson; his 2 daughters and son-in-law, Sherry Collins, Robinson, Bobbi Jo and Monty Christine, Robinson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Shawn York.
Burial is in the Oak Grove Cemetery, rural Palestine.
