He married Joyce Miller on September 7, 1991 and she survives. He is also survived by his children, Ashlee Davis (MS), Stephanie Harvey (Monticello, IL) and Bradley & Erika Spicer (Sheridan, IN); by his grandchildren, Jaydan, Braydon, Sydni, Sofia, Sylvia, Jathen, and Grayson; by his siblings, Kay & Ron Sullivan (Hardinville, IL), Gary York & Kim (West York, IL), Rip & Penny York (Robinson, IL), Terry York (Flat Rock, IL), Orville & Diane York (Oblong, IL); Sarah Spade & Roger Kocher (Robinson, IL), and Larry & Debbie York (Flat Rock, IL); by his brother-in-law, Tony Spade; by his sister-in-law, Linda York (Robinson, IL); as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Theo grew up in Port Jackson area. At a young age he began working with his brothers as a carpenter with York Construction he would later find his own business Joyce Construction. Away from working you could always find him being outside working on the yard. He was known for his immaculate yard. He enjoyed attending many car shows throughout the years. Theo most of all loved being around his family and friends. Theo will be remembered for his good heart helping anyone in anyway he could.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
