UNDERWOOD FAMILY'S
TERRIBLE AFFICTIONS
The old saying that "troubles never come singly" is again being verified in the sad case of the Underwood family of Hazel Dell neighborhood.
A daughter, Mrs. Cora Spencer, died last Saturday from tuberculosis and was buried Sunday in the Hazel Dell cemetery, John Underwood is lying at the point of death at the home from the same malady and J.H. Underwood, the father is in a hospital at Oklahoma City in a very critical condition with cancer.
This family deserves the sympathy of all in this dark hour, and it should be given in unstinted measure.
