Bernice Munger, 87, of Olney, formerly of Noble, died at 9:47 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6, 1997, at Richland Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney, with Rev. Charles McDonald officiating. Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Vincennes, Ind.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.

Munger was born July 14, 1909, in Lawrence County, the daughter of Harry and Ermie (Webb) Wright. She married Eugene Herald Munger Sept. 16, 1926. He preceded her in death Nov. 8, 1992.

She was a homemaker and a member of Noble Methodist Church and was a past member of Passport Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, Harry William Munger, of Raytown, Mo.; one daughter, Doris Henry, and her husband, Ray, of Olney; one brother, Paul Wright, of Anderson, Ind.; three sisters, Francis Pauline Collins, of Vincennes, Ind., Mary McMillan, of Bicknell, Ind., and Mildred Dukes, of Anderson, Ind.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, two sisters, a brother and a great-granddaughter.
