Born 1829 in Pa and died 23rd May 1904 at the Dayton Soldiers Home Ohio Buried in Calvary Cemetery Kettering Mont Co. Pa. Grave 22-A-5-2. Had been wounded at the battle at Spotsylvania Va gunshot to right leg and lost left eye
