Lucille Wishert, 67, died Monday, January 18, 1993 at a local hospital. She was an active member of the Eighteenth Street Baptist Church for many years. She will be remembered as a person who always took the time to care for the neighborhood children. She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Calvin Wishert of Corpus Christi, retired from Reynolds Metals Company; one daughter, Kathy LaNell Nelson of Robstown; three sons, Calvin Leon Wishert of Washington, D.C., Billy Dean Wishert of Skidmore, Larry Alan Wishert of Corpus Christi; one sister, Geneve Welch of Rockwood Tennessee, one brother, James R. Welch of Rochester Hills, Michigan; numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends at Clifford Jackson Funeral Home Tuesday, January 19, 1993 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services ________________ Wednesday, January 20, 1993 at Clifford Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James A. Rubin officiating. Graveside services to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. The pallearers will be Roy Bryan, David Jones, Don Nelson, Robert Dossett, David Salinas, and John Edler.
