William Albert's parents were William Fallass (b. 1804) and Wealthy Winslow (b. 1805). All of William's and Wealthy's children (Mary Jenet, William Albert, Alphleda Jane, Orlando, John Emery, Satira and Edwin) were born on a farm near Aetna, Dryden Twp., Tompkins Co., N.Y. In 1845 the family moved to Michigan in covered wagons.

I would like to share a bit of additional information on William Fallas. He was first married to Lucinda McClarren on 13 April 1857. The three children were of this marriage. Lucinda was born in Ohio about 1839. I am unable to find a verifiable date of death for Lucinda. William married Joanna Anglemyer (daughter of William and Joanna Hilborn Anglemyer) on 13 October 1882. She was born in Canada in 1839 and died in Kansas in 1920.
