Bluffs man dies, result of injuries at Freesen, Inc. Kenneth Hutton, 55, of R.R. I, Bluffs, died about noon Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Passavant Hospital from injuries he received Monday morning in a work-related accident. According to Coroner Jeff Lair, Hutton sustained chest injuries while working on a trailer for Freesen, Inc. of Bluffs. Lair said he is conducting an investigation into the accident. Kenneth Dale Hutton Kenneth Dale Hutton was born March 12, 1932, near White Hall in Greene County, son of John B. and Maude Bruce Hutton. He married Karrie Albers in Chapin April 12, 1953, and she survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jay Erie and Kevin Andrew, both of Bluffs; six brothers, Pernell of Bluffs, Bruce of Quincy, Loyd Dean of Lynville, John of Bluffs, Larry of Mansfield, La., and Richard of Benson, Ariz.; four sisters, Wanda Strickler of Jacksonville, Barbara Gerard of Lincoln, Ila Hoots of Jacksonville and Betty Kesterson of Woodson. Three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Bluffs High School and a member of the Meredosia Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, where he was a minister. He farmed in the Bluffs area and was employed as a welder at Freesen, Inc., of Bluffs. Private family funeral services will be held. Memorials may be made to the Kingdom Hall Building in Meredosia or the Meredosia Rescue Squad. Cody and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
