Raymond 'Ray' Dalton, 64, of Springville, died Friday, January 8, 1988, at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center of heart failure. He was born November 14, 1923, in Delta to Hyrum and Laura Christensen Dalton. He married Carol Blackett on June 25, 1942, in Springville. The marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife of Springville; three daughters and one son: Mrs. Jim (Kathy) Jones of St. George, Carolyn Dalton of Deattle, Washington, Mrs. Joe (Patricia) Quigley of Fort Wainright, Alaska, and Raymond Dalton of Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; one brother and three sisters; Chris Dalton of Kearns, DeVota Bartlett of Springville, Mollie McClain of Springville, and Ora Neilsen of Nephi.
