Hopkins, Peter P.
Funeral serviced for Peter P. Hopkins, 72, who died Monday in his home, 705 Harlan Avenue, San Antonio, Texas, were held Tuesday morning from the Zizik-Kearns Parlors, followed by a requiem mass offered in the St. Leo's Catholic Church by Rev. P.J. Crane. Interment at San Antonio.
Mr. Hopkins was a native of Ireland and had lived in San Antonio for eight years, having moved there from Rosenberg, where he had lived since 1913.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Katherine Noger Hopkins; four daughters, Mrs. I.T. Trexler of Bogue, Kansas, Mrs. C. Williamson of Hankamer, Texas, Mrs. A.E. Priest of Orchard, Texas and Mrs. P.O. Brannam of Longview, Texas and three sons J.J. Hopkins of San Antonio, B.P. Hopkins of Bryson, Texas and T.P. Hopkins of Vivian, La.
Many friends of the family in Rosenberg and surrounding communities, where he was so favorably known, extend heartfelt sympathy to them in their bereavement.
