Mr. Bricker was born Jan. 23, 1912, in Shenandoah, and was a son of the late Willard Heidler and Florence Escue Bricker.
He worked at the Naval Gun Factory in Washington, D.C., as a machinist during World War II and was a mechanical foreman for Merck for 32 years prior to his retirement in 1976. He was a member of the Shenandoah Baptist Church, the Shenandoah Masonic Lodge and served as a Boy Scout leader.
Mr. Bricker loved hunting and fishing and gardening in his later years.
On Dec. 24, 1956, he married Pauline Nicholson Emerson Bricker, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Bricker is survived by two sons, Harry Willard "Bill" Bricker II and wife, Mary "Mitzy" of Berryville, Va., Robert Hume Moore and wife, Bonnie, of Shenandoah; a daughter, Sandra Moore Miller and husband, Robert, of Baker, W.Va.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy B. Hunt, and Hazel B. Shaffer, one niece, Donna S. Funk, and one nephew, Charles W. Hunt.
