Final rites for Mrs. Mary Alice Morgan, wife of Robert A. Morgan, who died Thursday at her home in Millwood, were held yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Hargraves Chapel near Millwood, with the Rev. Charlie Thomas, the Rev. Walter Barnard and the Rev. F. C. Giddens officiating.
Burial was in Hargraves cemetery.
Besides her husband she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. C.K. Bennett, Mrs. Alfred Sweat, Mrs. Bob Corbitt, and Mrs. Mary Lee, all of Millwood, and Mrs. Styles Lee, Pearson; two sons, Archie Morgan, Millwood and Oscar Morgan, Manor; 34 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ray Hurst, Raymond Morgan, Troy Lee, Eugene Morgan, Earl Morgan, and Robert Joyner.
Mincy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
