William J. Bragg was born to John Bragg and Catherine Campbell on Nov. 6, 1815 in Virginia. He died on April 6, 1885 in Gleason, Tenn. William Bragg married Jane Dunlap, ( 1820-1876 ) AUG. 13, 1840 in Henry County, Tenn. They had 4 children together. William was killed by a team of runaway horses. Jane died with Pneumonia. Both are buried in the Dinning Family Cemetery--Weakley Co. Tenn.
