Robert T. Cook, son of Milton C. and Elizabeth Jane Barber Cook, 84, of E. Russell St., died yesterday in High Point Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lucy Frady Cook of Winston-Salem; three sons, Ralis M. Cook of Elon College, Rufus L. Cook of Rt. 1, Gibsonville, and Ralph B. Cook of Rt. 1, Elon College; seven daughters, Mrs. Zonie Wyrick of Gibsonville, Mrs. Lydia Apple and Mrs. Maybell Lowe, both of Rt. 1, Gibsonville, Mrs. Maggie Scott of Rt. 2, Elon College, Mrs. Beulah Mabe and Mrs. Irene Lamb, both of High Point, and Mrs. Violet Johnson of Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Shepherd of Rt. 1, Elon College, and Mrs. Edna Payne of Reidsville; 30 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be held Saturday at 2 pm in Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Altamahaw by Rev. Charles W. Bell, Rev. Lester Stanley and Rev. Collie Seymour. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
