ROBERT C. REYNOLDS

Robert Clayborn Reynolds was born in Griffinsville, Iowa, December 27, 1850, and died in Chariton, Iowa, on March 16, 1936, at the age of 85 years, 2 months and 18 days. He had lived in the vicinity of Plano and Chariton all of his life.

He was married to Mahala Noblett in the year 1876, who preceded him in death in 1911.

He is survived by one son, Alfred Reynolds, of Chariton, and two grandchildren, Robert Reynolds, of Ottumwa, Iowa, and Glenna Ruth Reynolds, of Harford City, Indiana, and one great granddaughter, also one brother, Lafe Reyolds, of near Chariton.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Harry Secor, of the First Baptist church, were held at the Beardsley funeral home Wednesday afternoon and burial was in the Chariton cemetery.
