"MAN TAKEN FROM S.P. TRAIN DIES IN R.B. HOSPITAL"
"Erwin (IRWIN) Leo Stuckey, Ephrata, Wash. died at a local hospital last night after he was removed from a train at Gerber yesterday suffering from a stroke while en-route to Los Angeles.
"Stuckey, 67, had been in ill health his wife Mrs Ethelda Stuckey stated.
Mrs. Stuckey was traveling with him.
"The body, now at Fickert's Funeral Home, will be shipped to Ephrata tomorrow for services and burial.
"Stuckey was a native of Missouri. He is also survived by three sons; Floyd and Howard of Bakersfield California &
Minford, of Mercer Island, Wash.,
There are also two brothers, Bruce, Seattle; & Lewis, Grand Coulee, Wash., and a sister, Mrs. Stella Anderson, of Portland."

'Irwin Leo Stuckey. Ephrata, Died en-route to California 28th of March. Mr. Stuckey had been ill for the last year and had hoped to gain back his health in California.
Mr. Stuckey suffered a stroke and was removed from the train in Red Bluffs, Calif. The body was returned to Seattle for burial the 2nd of April. Burial was in a Seattle Cemetery. His Wife, Ethelda has returned to Ephrata but, will go to California next week for a few months.
