STUCKEY'S RITE PLANNED TODAY
GRAND COULEE, Dec. 31 - Funeral services were to be held at St. Henry's Catholic church here this morning for Louis Alexander Stuckey, 75, who died at his home Friday. The Rev. John Schindler was to officiate with burial planned at Wilbur. William Barnes funeral home was in charge of final arrangements.
Mr. Stuckey, a member of the city council, was born April 26, 1882, in Diamond, and had resided in Washington since 1903.He had been a merchant in Grand Coulee since 1933. He married Elinore Schumacher, April 12, 1932. He is survived by his wife, at the home; a son, Wesley, Grand Coulee; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Forbes, and a brother, Bruce Stuckey, both of Seattle. He was a member of the Moose lodge, the Legion of the Moose and the Painters and Carpenters' union.
