Funeral services for Mrs. Hattie Wilson, age 86 of Fayetteville conducted at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Hyde officiating. Burial in Riverview Memorial Gardens beside her husband Robert "Bobby" Edward Wilson who died in 1988. Mrs. Wilson passed away Thursday morning June 17th in Lincoln Medical Center.

She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Thomas Lee and Beulah Lewter Abbott.

Mrs. Wilson was a former teacher's aide, homemaker and a member of the Harms Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Eddie Wilson and wife Janine, and Clayton Wilson and wife Gayla all of Fayetteville, grandchildren Courtney Long, Rebecca Wilson, Clay Wilson and wife Becky, Cody Wilson and Catie Wilson all of Fayetteville, great-grandchildren Kayley and Carlan Long, step great-grandchild Brianna Faulkner and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by sister Mildred Burton and brothers Clyde and Clayton Abbott.
