Abraham was a pioneer who moved from NY to Wyoming Co, PA to Delaware Co, OH to Coles Co, IL.

Abraham fought in the War of 1812.

Abraham prefered being called Abram. He was legendary for his hunting skills and like to whittle little animal figurines for kids when he was older. He planted and tended a garden of "pinks", pink flowers that he planted for his daughters. He also made a leather cover for his mother-in-laws Bible out of deer hide as a gift.
