Mrs. Loretta Halbert passed away Friday, December 3, 2010 at Parkview Health Center in Little Rock. She was 96 years old, the widow of L. H. (Preacher) Halbert. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Lottie Keesee, three sisters; 3 brothers.
She is survived by her children, Max and Loretta Halbert, Jane and Thurston Fox; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 6, 2010 at Atkinson Funeral Home in Malvern, with Rev. John Owen officiating. Interment will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery in Malvern. She was a long time member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Malvern.
