Mrs. Lillie B. Hart, 74, of 2223 E. 14th St., died at Ball Hospital Monday morning after a year's illness. She was the widow of George (Mike) Hart, whom she married in 1898. Mr. Hart died in 1930. She was a member of the Friends Church. Mrs. Hart was born in Connersville and came here as a child.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Jack Brubaker; a son, Paul Edward Hart, a city fireman; a sister, Mrs. Emma King; a half-brother, William Cannaday, all of Muncie; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Meeks Mortuary by the Rev. Robert M. Jones, pastor of Friends Church. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
