Born August 31, 1875
After graduation, Charles went to Montana in the employ of the Great Northern Railway. Joined the Masonic order in Eau Claire and the B.P.O.E. in Helena, Mont. Returned to Eau Claire and in 1902 matriculated at Northwestern University, where he was graduated from the Dental Dept. In 1905 opened dental offices in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
In 1912 he married Grace Gregory on New Year's Day at Coeur d'Alene. Gregory (Pappy) Boyington was born December 4, 1912. Later, and after the divorce of his first wife, he married again; this time at Spokane, Wash., to Miss Rosina Kvern, January 14, 1920. A son, Keith Thomas, was born November 8, 1922. Both sons had distinguished records in World War II, Gregory particularly being designated "the roughest, toughest, fightingest Marine Air Ace" of them all. In 1934 the Boyingtons moved to St. Maries, Idaho, where they make their home.
Charles is a Mason, a Shriner, an Elk and a member of the Coeur d'Alene Rowing Club. Home address: 805 College Ave. Business address: Reynolds Building, St. Maries, Idaho.
