Evelyn Wagor, daughter of Alfred and
Esther Ross Hammer, was born May 12,
1921 in Republic County, and died November
21, 2005 at Loveland, CO.
She graduated from Norway High
School. She married Max L. Wagor on
July 14, 1940 in Norway. She is a former
resident of Littleton, CO from 1961 to
1969. She worked for Wells Harvey MD
in Englewood, CO. She worked as an
office manager for Family Practices from
1971 until her retirement in 1991. She was
a member of the King of Glory Lutheran
Church and the church quilting group,
helping hands group, and the bereavement
committee.
She was preceded in death by her parents;
husband; and half- brother Clarence
Hammer
Survivors include sons, Larry K.
Wagor of Keysville, VA, Jeffery W. Wager
of Loveland, CO; five grandchildren;
ten great-grandchildren; three sisters,
Naomi Barleen of Concordia, Elmora
Whitney of Tempe, AZ, and Anita Coppage
of Wichita.
Services were held November 28 at
Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart- Surber Funeral
Home in Scandia, conducted by Pastor
Shelby Bailey. Interment was in Norway
Cemetery.
